Historically, our Promissory Notes and Deeds of Trust have paid out a steady income, monthly – and provided annual returns of anywhere from 9% to 11.5%! Now you may be wondering what risk comes along with such a great return, and paid out monthly at that.
More than a fair question! The answer is we minimize the risks because just like a Bank, we don’t loan to just anyone. Most of our borrowers buy, fix up, and sell real estate as a business. They come back to us for loans, 3, 5 or even more times each year. Our proven track record with these borrowers is what takes the volatility out of investing in a mortgage to a complete stranger.

We ensure that your name is on each Note you invest in, as well as being placed on the Deed of Trust and within the Policy of Title Insurance as well. Each time you invest in one of our Notes, it is because you reviewed the loan with us, had your questions answered thoroughly, and decided to send your funds to an independent and bonded title company.
